Change of mind

At Nisi Living we want you to be delighted every time you shop, but if for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, then you may return it to us in its original condition, unused and with the original packaging within 28 days to receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges).

To return an item, you must notify us that you wish to cancel the order by email within 14 days of your delivery date. Then, simply complete the Returns Form that was included with your order and enclose it with the returned items and post back to:

Where you have changed your mind, please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend you use an insured registered delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit and your entitlement to a refund may be affected.

Alternatively, if you wish to exchange an item for a different product type, colour or size, simply notify us in writing within 14 days (enquiries@nisiliving.co.uk) and return the goods that you no longer want together with the Returns Form within 28 days of the delivery date.

We will then process your refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) within a further 10 days of receiving the unwanted goods in a saleable condition.

Faulty goods

If you believe any of your purchased items are faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact customer services immediately, by telephoning 0117 251 0117 or by emailing enquiries@nisiliving.co.uk, quoting your order number. Please do not attempt to return the damaged or faulty goods unless requested to do so by customer services.

We may ask you to send us photographic evidence of the product damage and, on satisfactory receipt of this, we will then agree to either replace the item (subject to availability) or issue a full refund (including delivery charges). 

Of course, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by goods arriving in a faulty or damaged condition and we will do our absolute best to rectify the situation in accordance with your wishes.

Please note, under the Consumer Rights Act, you have a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right to reject damaged or faulty goods.
